Toy, MD (series editor and author) is a dual certified family physician and ob/gyn and is Academic Chief and Program Director for the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at The Methodist Hospital/University of Texas—Houston Medical School in Houston, Texas. He also oversees the ob/gyn clerkship there and is actively involved in teaching medical students. Joe A. Bedford, MD is Associate Professor and Director of Pre-doctoral Education in the Department of Family Practice and Community Medicine at The University of Texas-Houston Medical School. Donald A. Briscoe, MD is Associate Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program through The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. Carlos A.
