In a story that combines elements of Christmas in Connecticut and Sleepless in Seattle, Dr. Love, the relations expert on a San Francisco radio talk show, and wealthy entrepreneur Steven York are thrown together when she suddenly needs a weekend husband for business reasons and he is in the process of buying the firm that provides them! Wilson (The Bride Wore Blue Jeans, Harlequin, 1995) offers a pleasant read with good dialog, a humorous if somewhat far-fetched premise, and some lively characters (a son who wants his dad to spend more time with him and a superbly efficient male housekeeper nicknamed "The Terminator"), despite an occasionally fuzzy focus and a cliched Tahoe blizzard.
