Popular designer Claire Crompton shows off her range of creative styling with a collection of cards for just about every occasion. From Chinese New Year to Hannukah, and from a welcome for a new baby to golden wedding celebrations, there is always an excuse to send a card. Claire Crompton's lively and versatile collection not only has something for all occasions, but offers a range of styles - classic, contemporary or whimsical - to suit every taste. Each chapter has a 'card selector' for easy reference and stitchers can choose from greetings cards or 'quick to stitch' gift cards, many of which can be personalized by using the additional alphabet and lettering charts in the book. Instructions are also included for making and finishing plain cards, aperture cards and gift tags, using beads, buttons and ribbons.
