From School Library Journal:
Grade 3-8-- Two original plays for classroom or home production. "Blame it on the Wolf" is a bit of fluff with 9 scenes and 25 parts that can be triple cast. The Big Bad Wolf is on trial, defending himself against the accusations of the Three Pigs, Hansel and Gretel, Red Riding Hood, and others. "Be Kind to Your Mother (Earth)" has an ecology theme with 11 actors doing multiple roles. It spans four centuries in six scenes. Love's introduction to the pieces has valuable instructions for young would-be actors and directors. --Judie Porter, Media Services Center, Portsmouth School Department, RI
