About the Author:
Michael Angus is author, musician, architect and educator. Born in 1963 in Glasgow, he has lived and worked in the city all his life. He studied architecture at the Glasgow School of Art, practiced as a professional architect and has taught architecture since 1996, in the Department of Architecture, University of Strathclyde. In 2013, he self-published his first compendium of children’s short stories: ‘The Beautiful Coat and Other Assorted Stories for Children’, illustrated by his daughter, Katie. It won critical acclaim, and has spawned sequel: ‘The Pointless Rose and Further Assorted Stories for Children’, self-published in 2016. A third compendium of children’s stories, ‘The Good Hoover and even Further Assorted Stories for Children’ is currently underway, plus a selection of science fiction short stories, entitled: ‘Tomorrow World’s’.
