About the Author:
Tom Engle, Richard E. Gilbert, and Cooksey Shugart have been active horologists for over 40 years and are all lifetime members of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC). They have searched for fine timepieces throughout the world and are the foremost experts in the field of antique horology. Richard Gilbert lives in Sarasota, FL, Tom Engle lives in Louisville, KY, and Cooksey Shugart lived in Cleveland. He passed away in 2013.
