New Year's Eve is a short time away, and with it comes the resolutions and impetus for people to start anew. The top resolutions each year seem to fall into three categories: lose weight and get healthy; save money; or get a new job. Yet, many individuals with these goals find failure and disappointment, primarily because they are using the same tactics that didn't work last year, or the year before, or many years before that. Without a fundamental change in behavior, often strategy, good intentions, and motivation do little to tip the scales in the direction of success.
