Satire of the Florida land boom which opened at the Liberty Theatre on 12/28/25 and ran for 194 (confirmed) performances, this being the 4/26/26 program with the original cast listed. Laid in is a folded undated broadside (also pictured). Famous Broadway Theatre 1904-33 built by Klaw and Erlanger partnership by architect Henry Beaumont Herts (rebuilt in 2011 as a movie theater) .
