Extremely Fragile, Browned Paper. One Of 3000 Copies Only And Quite Scarce As The Magazine Did Not Age Well Due To The Low Quality Of Available Text Paper. Covers Overlap The Page Block Considerably And Are Chipped At Edges, Upper And Lower Spine Partly Detached Along Rear Edge. Covers With A Few Small Damp Stains. The Magazine "Russian Art" Was Founded In 1923. A Prominent Educator Of His Time, Solomon Abramov (1884-1957), Published A Magazine In The Tvorchestvo Publishing House Founded By Him. The Aim Of The Magazine Was To Popularize Russian Art In Russia Itself And, As The Publisher And The Group Of Authors Dreamed About It , In Europe And America . At That Time, Among The Editorial Staff Were Prominent Figures Of Russian Culture : Brvipper , Ie Grabar, Ei Zamyatin , Pp Muratov , Osip E Mandelstam, Nn Punin, Ms Shaginyan And Others. In 1923, Three Issues Of The Magazine Were Published (In Two Issues, Since The Numbers Two And Three Were Combined), After Which The Publication Of The Magazine Was Discontinued.
