Book
Taschenbuch. Kartoniert. Condition: Gut. Originalausgabe. 6. Auflage. 415 (1) Seiten. 18 cm. Umschlaggestaltung: Atelier Heinrichs. Guter Zustand. --Oliver Faulhaber. - Wikipedia: John Kilian Houston Brunner (* 24. September 1934 in Preston Crownmarsh, Oxfordshire; 25. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 247.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Book Club. Green buckram with black lettering. Minor bump to head and heel of spine. Small soil spot tips front margin from title page through table of contents, and again through last few pages. I would guess someone spilled a cup of coffee. Text is otherwise clean and bright, no marks. Splatter marks to reverse of DJ mainly at lower edge and flap folds, hardly visible from the front. Large tear which has been repaired with clear tape to lower edge of spine. Rubbing to all edges, small chips and tears head and heel. "This angry novel of the futher is the sequel to Stand on Zanzibar. In a brilliant and savage attack on our suicidal complacency in the face of an undeniable truth- that we are killing this planet and all that lives on it with chemicals, drugs, indifference, stupidity and greed- the author leads us from a Europe where the Mediterranean is stagnant and dead to the Rocky Mountain West where the water supply has been flooded with poisonous gas. In chilling detail he tells of the people who live on earth and their attempts to come to terms with their environment." (from the jacket).
